Medium to large round fruit with red skin that surrounds crisp, firm and very juicy flesh. This variety is mostly eaten fresh and has a delicate sweet flavour. Growing to a height of approximately 3 metres at maturity.
Fruit matures around April. Partially self pollinating but could also polinate with Gala, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious.
Good keeping qualities. A vigorous spreading tree which will require thinning to promote regular crops and good sized fruit, this variety is resistant to Apple Scab and suitable for most climate conditions.
Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
Available in a 180mm plastic grow pot.
