Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your purchase, we must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to assess and resolve the situation.
Our plants are perishable and fragile. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a refund or resend plants if the original plants or trees are disposed of making them unavailable for us to assess the cause of the problem.
