Laurus Baby Bay is a faster-growing variety than the traditional Bay Tree, with a naturally upright, columnar habit. It typically reaches around 1.5–2 metres at maturity, but responds beautifully to pruning and can be kept much smaller for a neat, formal look. When clipped, it maintains a dense, compact shape.
With its slim profile and aromatic leaves, Laurus Baby Bay is perfect for culinary use, pots and containers, balconies, and smaller gardens, as well as traditional herb gardens. It’s a very hardy plant that adapts well to a wide range of conditions.
An excellent choice for narrow hedging, tight spaces, or semi-formal plantings, Laurus Baby Bay delivers structure, fragrance, and year-round greenery in any landscape.
