Pachypodium lamerei 'Madagascar Palm'

The Madagascar Palm is famous for its stunning shape and versatility as a garden plant or indoors.  In pots plants will remain compact, in gardens they will grow rapidly into stunning specimens to 2 or 3 metres. 

Despite its exotic look, the Pachypodium Lamerei is relatively easy to care for, requiring minimal maintenance, making it suitable for both experienced gardeners and beginners.

Large white frangipani type flowers appear in summer.

It has typical watering needs for a succulent. It's best to use the “soak and dry” method, and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water more during the hotter summer months. Cut back on watering in the winter when the leaves have fallen off.
