Philodendron White Wizard

Philodendron erubescens ‘White Wizard’.  It has random white splashes on leaves and green and white stems.

They are well suited for indoors as they grow well in low light.  When small they make amazing plants in terrariums and can be kept small by heavy pruning. To keep compact allow it to grow to a reasonable size and the central growth can be removed. This will force the plant to cluster with much smaller plantlets.  This can be done every year or two.

Water well in pots; sparingly in terrariums and allow the potting mix to almost dry between waterings.  Keep on the dry side in winter.

Avoid placing in front of heaters or in draughty positions.
