TONiC Ceramics Marbled Vessel - Midnight Well

A one-of-a-kind sculptural vessel, hand-thrown in our South Yarra studio with a soft hourglass silhouette, marbled exterior, and a deep midnight blue glazed interior that reveals itself like looking down into a well.

The exterior is built from charcoal and cream clays swirled together on the wheel — softer and more atmospheric than our other marbled pieces, with the marbling reading more like cloud or smoke than stone. The real surprise comes when you look inside: a glossy, glassy pool of midnight blue glaze, catching and holding the light.

Designed to be used as a vase for cut blooms or branches.  Could also be used a cover pot — simply drop a nursery pot inside. The narrow opening makes it especially beautiful with a single stem.
